Essential Aircor Services

We contacted Essential Refrigeration Services to have a look at our existing system that we were having problems with. They had a technician on site in less than two days (this was mid December in the middle of a heat wave). Their technician was on time (to the minute), professional, friendly and very thorough. Although the issue couldn't be fixed on the spot, the technician went over and above to ensure we were running in the short term. Fantastic service and more than happy to recommend.

Was never able to diagnose & fix the problem but I was charged a total of $910.Admitted in the end that they didn't know what the problem was & to contact Daiken directly.Suggest if you own a Daiken then don't let them anywhere near it.Lacking honesty & technical knowledge. Just after making money at exorbitant prices. Steer clear.....

Was told the part to repair my reverse cycle split systems was no longer available and would need to purchase a new unit for approx $3000. This included removal of existing unit. I called Kelvinator and was given the part number. Ordered part online for less than $350 including postage. Should be here within a week. If I was able to get the part why couldn't Essential Refigeration?

Very disappointing. Didnt finish the job after christmas as promised & didnt reinstall the cable cover, leaving my house with a hole open to the weather when it rained. Didnt fix this even when i left message saying i was disappointed they didnt do it. High rate too, $25 per hour more than the others. Im going to ibreeze Erskine from now on.

We have used this business for over 5 years. They did maintenance on the ducted system we had and then recently installed a reverse cycle unit on a two storey house with a steep roof. Charged exactly as quoted and the trades person was neat and friendly.

I worked along side 2 of Essentials tradesmen, Jayson and Shane on a job where we required refrigeration mechanics to assist us in completing a job, very thorough, punctual, hard working and knowledgeable tradesmen, I would highly recommend this company for all refrigeration works.

Very pleased with the service that we received from Essential Air Cor Services. Prompt reply and quote for the repairs required to our air conditioning unit and attendance on the day promised. The job was more difficult than envisaged, but Shane was very professional in sorting out the problem. He is a likeable young man with a very pleasant manner. Given that the air conditioning unit is located on the roof of a four story apartment building, Shane was very careful and diligent in what he was doing. He even took away the old parts and the packaging of the new parts. Would certainly use Essential Air Cor Services again.

Highly recommend, I just had an old split system removed and new system installed. Tradesman was on time, cleaned up after him, was polite and talked through the working of the system. Office staff are very efficient, helpful and really easy to deal with. I also had our Evap repaired previously and had the same excellent service.

The remote to my elderly aircon bit the dust. I was distraught.Essential found a replacement and delivered to my door within 24 hours.With a smile and a check that it worked.Thanks
