Not a good experience with Tom from Western Solar. He installed the system 2 years ago and it hasnt worked correctly since. I've gone through 1 battery and 1 solar controller and I dont have any confidence that I wont have problems again in the future. I've lost count of the amount of calls Ive had with him where he's promised to sort it out but never follows through so it looks like I'll have to get another company in to rectify. Good idea in principle but I cant recommend Tom or Western Solar to anyone I'm afraid.

What a great product, Designed and built in WA to handle our harsh sun, No Plastic... Tom did a great job, fast service and it has dropped our inside temp by around 7 deg so we hardly use the air-con. I would recommend this product any day.
